Use all things wisely. Never take more than you need and always give away that which you do not use. And treat others as you would have them treat you, respectfully. Learn respect and learn balance. What goes up will come down. What you do for others will be done for you. What you give away will always come back to you.

Grade 11 and 12 students – Saint Mary’s University will be in room 238 today at noon.

Cross Country – There will be a meeting today at lunch in room 327 for all runners who qualified for the Provincial meet on Monday. If you can’t make the meeting, make sure you see Mr. Hubley at some point today.
School Newspaper – There will be a school newspaper meeting in room #240 at lunch today.
Debate Club – There is an open debate club meeting today after school in room 125. All are welcome.
Phys Ed 10/11 students who were scheduled to go on the outdoor education trip to McDonald Park today are reminded that the trip is now moved to next Wednesday Oct 29th.
Girls Phys Ed students are reminded to please bring in $10 for your t-shirts. They will soon be arriving!
Boys Volleyball – A reminder to the boys v.ball team to bring their fees in to Ms. Bucci in order to get uniforms.
Boys hockey home opener is this Friday against Sir John A at Lebrun, 8:00 p.m. Come out and support your Cheetahs!
Me to We t-shirts are in! Drop by room 228 to pick up your t-shirt or buy one for $10.00. Once you have your t-shirt you may sign up for the Me to We workshop happening after the presentation on Monday during C block. First come first serve as spaces are limited!
NSSSA – All students interested in attending this year’s regional NSSSA conference must bring their forms and money in to Ms. McCormick (in the office across from room 342) by Thursday, November 23.
