Could all grade 12 students who were in Mr. Scott’s Home Trades Technology 12 class in 1st semester please see Mr. Scott in room 135 at the start of lunch today.

April is Sexual Assault Awareness Month. Avalon Sexual Assault Centre will be visiting CPA today. They will be in the Library Quiet Zone during C & A Block to do an educational presentation and will be available at lunch time to chat & share their resources. Stop by to increase your awareness and education about this important topic.

Girls Rugby – team will meet today at lunch (room TBA). Girls playing in today’s game must attend this meeting or touch base with Mr. O’Reilly.

Girls softball tryout tomorrow at lunch in the gym…everyone welcome!

Intramurals will be cancelled tomorrow due to girls’ softball tryouts.

Me to We – There will be a brief meeting of the Me to We group in room 228 during lunch tomorrow to discuss ways that we might help the earthquake victims in Nepal.

Valedictorian 2015 – There will be a brief but important meeting for any Grade 12 student who is interested in trying out to be the Class of 2015 Valedictorian today at 12:00 in LS238. The actual try-out day is after school on Wednesday May 20th.

If you are a grade 12 student or a teacher and would like to be on the Valedictorian Selection Committee, please email Mr. Milligan.  This committee requires a commitment to staying after school on Wednesday May 20 to judge the try-out speeches of potential valedictorians.

Grads – Any students who have been accepted to Saint Mary’s University can pick up their registration package in the guidance office.  You can also sign up to have a representative help you pick your courses on Tuesday May 5th in room 223 (computer lab).

Yearbooks:  Graciously sold from the main office until Wednesday.  Lunch only.  Cost is 60 dollars, cheque or cash.  Today and Wednesday will be the last time to order yearbooks.  NO EXTRA YEARBOOKS ARE ORDERED.
