The Boys JV Basketball Team has had a busy week. Over the weekend they went to Truro to play in the CEC Tournament. They remained undefeated, winning the championship trophy for the third year in a row. Individual player of the game awards went to Jagger Thornhill, Paul Hashem, and Matt McKee. The team played brilliantly, with special recognition going to Kirk Whitman for tournament all-star and Jagger Thornhill for tournament MVP. Congratulations on the championship victory boys! Coming off an impressive weekend, the team had to play a challenging Sommet team last night. The boys managed to pull out a tight a victory defeating Sommet by a final score of 60 to 59. Leading the way for The Cheetahs was Kirk Whitman with 27 points. The team travels to Dartmouth High this evening at 8pm, looking to remain undefeated. Best of luck boys!

Reminder to all students that Interact (part of Rotary club) will be holding a meeting today at lunch in room 230.  The Interact Club is involved throughout the world and in our community – helping those in need. At tomorrow’s meeting we will have an individual from Syria in discuss the crises that is affecting our world. ALL are welcome.

Note that the Glass Slipper Meeting will be in room 238 Wednesday December 16 at lunch!

Music Concert December 15th 7:00pm: Want to get in the holiday spirit? Next Tuesday is the CPA Winter music concert! There’s no better way to get into the holiday spirit then listening to some seasonal tunes performed by CPA’s own Concert Band and Wind Ensemble! Show your support for music program and come to our winter concert! Admission is free but we will have silver collection at the door to be donated to charity. Course Changes for Semester 2 – Any students requiring a course change for semester two, the forms will now be available on Friday in the Guidance office along with a list of available courses for semester 2. The final day to submit your course change form will be on Wednesday, December 16.

Dodge Ball Tournament –Sign-ups for next week’s dodgeball tournament are happening today until Friday at lunch.  There is only room for 8 teams, sign up fee is $6.00 in support of Hope for Wildlife.
