Girls Soccer – All Grade 10 and 11 girls interested in playing school soccer next year are asked to attend a brief meeting at the start of lunch on Wednesday in Room 227 (Ms. L. Reid’s room).

To all Students: The Interact Club will be meeting this Wednesday at lunch in room 230.  The club is a great way to get involved in service learning projects that can assist those in need be they at the local and/or international level.  Please do not be shy and come check it out.

The Cheetah Perspective: There will be a meeting for the school newspaper on Thursday at lunch in room 240.

Yoga – Anyone interested in free yoga on Thursday’s after school 3:45-4:45 please attend a quick meeting at the start of lunch in the gym on Wednesday with Ms. Joudrey.

TABLE TENNIS: Anyone interested in being part of the CPA Table Tennis Club is invited to our inaugural meeting/practice on Friday in the gymnasium!! ALL students of any skill-level are welcome!

Co-op Education: Students interested in co-op for 2016-17 should submit necessary paperwork to Mr. Rhymes (This includes: application, teacher reference & community reference forms.)

Potential Grads:  StFX is offering an online non-credit university math preparation course to prepare students for university level math. If you are missing the math requirement for a specific program; academic math, pre-calculus or calculus, it will satisfy their math requirement for any program at StFX. Exam study skills: Any student interested in acing their upcoming exams, please note that guidance has the thing for you.  Join us in an exam study skills class next Monday through Wednesday at lunch.  The sessions will include time management techniques, anxiety reduction practices and memorization methods. Please sign up in guidance ASAP– limited to the first 143 students.

Scholarship opportunity: The Schulich Leader Scholarship is a prestigious scholarship valued up to $80,000 and awarded to students enrolling in a Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) program. This is a nominated scholarship and interested students must sign up outside of guidance by Friday. Nominees must possess at least two of the three following criteria: Academic excellence, Leadership, financial need. If you have any questions, please check with guidance.
