Laws Regarding E-Cigarette Use
The Nova Scotia Smoke-Free Places Act prohibits the use of e-cigarettes in the same indoor public and work places where smoking is prohibited.
The Nova Scotia law includes places such as schools (including the grounds), cinemas, bowling alleys, laundromats, libraries, buses, ferries, taxis, bingo halls, casinos, restaurants and clubs. For more on Bill 60 regarding the laws of this act, you can click here.
