If any student is interested in having a Girls Group here at CPA please stop by the Youth Health Centre to chat with Lynda and sign up. It is open to all girls–everyone is welcome to join. As a group, you will identify the topics that you are interested to talk or learn more about. We can book guest speakers and follow through on activities that you identify that you want. Sounds like it could be a lot of fun. Healthy food will be provided.

Health Action Team – There will not be a Health Action Team meeting today at noon. See you next week.

Chess Club: The Chess Club will meet today at lunch in room 230. All are welcome.

Board Game Club: “Innovative, dynamic, awe inspiring…” quoted by some random CPA student. As a result of the popularity of this club and the need for space, there is a schedule change for the remainder of the year. Board Game Club will meet on Fridays, after school in room 230. “What a great way to end the week and start the weekend…” overheard in the cafeteria line-up.

Boys and Girls Basketball tryouts start this Friday. Boys have a tryout this Saturday as well at Basinview Drive School from 2:30-4:30pm. Weekend entrance is at the back of school by the field.

Boys and Girls JV Basketball tryouts are next week. Please check the athletics calendar on the CPA website.
