Reminder to CPA students – Students are reminded to refrain from throwing food for safety and cleanliness reasons. Also, please be respectful of others and our beautiful school and kindly throw your garbage in the appropriate receptacles.

RBC Black History Month Student Essay Competition-Due December 9th. Who can apply: Grade 12 students applying to college or university. Essay topic: Tell us what young people can learn from the achievements and contributions of black Canadians over the past 150 years to help shape the future for generations to come. 30 scholarships, including three grand prizes: First prize-%5,000 scholarship, Second prize-$2,500 scholarship, Third prize-$1,500 scholarship. BURGER KING General Track Scholarship – Due: December 15th, 2016. Available to all high school seniors who meet the criteria below. – Are living in the United States, Canada or Puerto Rico – Are graduating high school seniors (U.S. and Puerto Rico), graduating from grade 12 (Canada) or graduating from home school education in the U.S., Puerto Rico or Canada – Have a cumulative high school grade point average of 2.5 or higher on a 4.0 scale, or the equivalent – Plan to enroll full-time, without interruption, for the entire 2017-18 academic year at an accredited two- or four-year college, university or vocational-technical school in the U.S., Canada or Puerto Rico
