Parent Post-secondary night will take place on December 1st. This informative evening will allow parents to gain information on post-secondary options and to connect them with local universities/colleges.
The evening will start with a 30 minute presentation from CPA guidance counsellors concerning the general post-secondary applications processes, admissions, registration and scholarships. The presentation will be followed by 3 breakout sessions with local universities and the community college.
Post-secondary presenters will focus on academic programs, admission procedures, scholarship info and a host of facts that will hopefully make the decision easier as to what school/ program your student should attend.
Each session will consist of a ~20 minute presentation followed by a ~10 minute questions and answer period. If you have further needs, please feel free to talk to the individual reps at the end of the evening.
