Cheetahs for Charity – Making a Difference

volunteer-club-feed-ns-parade-of-lightsCPA’s Cheetahs for Charity club has been very busy this year making a difference in our community and beyond. This past weekend, students volunteered their time with Feed NS and participated in the Holiday Parade of Lights. Even though it was pouring rain, they had fun collecting donations. They also made over 100 Christmas cards for the Canadian sailors who will be away from home this Christmas. Next on their list, they will be heading to the shopping mall to wrap presents in support of Feed NS.

Since this dedicated group began, they have collected children’s books for the Boys and Girls Club and participated in reading circles at the Boys and Girls Club, collected food for Feed NS in October for We Scare Hunger, and held a bake sale to raise money for Christmas boxes for kids in Africa.

What an amazing group of students! CPA is very proud of your efforts.
